Egg-vocado is definitely an at home favorite! Breakfast is not complete without it on eggs or my go-to which is avocado toast.. I mash up avocado with olive oil and eggvocado.. spread on toasted sourdough..top with an egg over medium and…perfect…a chef’s kiss..
